I've never heard of brands on Nuriglow. Can I trust it?

Every brand we carry undergoes a rigorous vetting process based on over 10 years of hands-on experience in K-beauty distribution and marketing.Our skincare curation team carefully evaluates each product for quality, efficacy, and international readiness. Product & Usage

How long is the shelf life of your products?

The expiration date depends on the product, but it is usually between 24 and 36 months from the date it was made.
For accurate information, please check the date of manufacture (MFD) or expiration date (EXP) printed on the product container or outer packaging.
We also suggest looking at the PAO (recommended period of use after opening) label after opening the product.

1) Date of manufacture
The letters "MFD," "MFG," or "M" indicate the date a product was made.
The numbers before or after this notation show the year, month, and day it was made.
(The Korean word "manufactured" is "제조.")

Example: MFD20240701 '제조' means the product was made on July 1, 2024.

2) Date of Expiration
"EXP" means "expiration date."
The date after this notation shows the year, month, and day when the expiration date expires.
(The Korean word '까지' also means 'expiration.')

For example: EXP20270701 '까지' means the product is good until July 1, 2027.

Where are the products manufactured?

All Nuriglow products are manufactured in Korea. We curate brands founded on clinical results, ingredient transparency, and global competitiveness—not just popular local brands.

Can I get product recommendations?

Yes, Nuriglow recommends customized products to customers in various ways.

1. Recommendations based on creator routines
Nuriglow also introduces routines curated by actual creators. You can receive product recommendations by referring to the routine information used by the creator on the detailed page.

2. Skin Type and Concern Tags
On the product main screen, you can easily find products that match your needs through featured collections organized by brand, skin concerns, and ingredients. On the Shop All page, you can also use the filtering function on the left to receive recommendations for products suited to your skin type.

3. Glow Care Quiz & Glow Palette Feature
Glow Care automatically recommends products tailored to your skin type, concerns, and usage purposes through a simple quiz.
Additionally, Glow Palette allows you to create your own bundles by combining desired products, while also offering up to 25% discount benefits!

I have sensitive skin. Can I use your products?

Most products have undergone low irritation testing and are suitable for sensitive skin. However, if you have very sensitive skin, we recommend that you perform a patch test before using a new product.

Can I use your product while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Pregnancy and breastfeeding are sensitive periods. We always recommend talking to your doctor first and using products that are safe for you.

How long can I use the product after opening it?

Most Nuriglow products have a PAO symbol on the back or bottom of the packaging. For example, if the symbol indicates "12M," it means that the product should be used within 12 months of opening.

Skincare Advice & Routines

How do I build a basic Korean Skincare routine?

In general, apply products in order from light to heavy textures.
The full skincare routine is as follows:

Oil-based cleanser, Water-based cleanser, toner, essence & serum, eye cream, moisturizer, sunscreen (morning routine), or sleeping pack (optional, evening routine).

You can adjust the number of steps according to your skin type and lifestyle.

Do I need all 10 steps in a Korean Skincare routine?

The 10-step routine is just an example—not a requirement. Choose only the steps that benefit your skin. In fact, high-performance formulas may be more effective when customized in terms of frequency and combinations.

Can I skip moisturizer if I have oily skin?

Oily skin can still be dehydrated. Choose a light, refreshing moisturizer to support balanced skin.

How often should I exfoliate using K-beauty products?

In general, exfoliating one to two times per week is sufficient. If you have sensitive skin, start by exfoliating once a week with a gentle product.

Do I need different products for my morning and night routines?

The basic skin routine can be similar, but we recommend applying sunscreen in the morning and a treatment that focused on specific skin concerns in the evening skincare routine. You can customize your routine with different products depending on your skin condition.

Can men use K-beauty too?

Absolutely! Skin care is gender-neutral, and many male customers benefit from K-beauty products like blemish-soothing, hydrating, and oil-control items available at Nuriglow.

Can I use anti-aging products in my 20s?

Yes. Anti-aging is all about prevention, so you can start using anti-aging products in your 20s.
Antioxidant serums and low-irritant retinol products can be easily incorporated into your skincare routine. We recommend choosing gentle formulas when you first starting use anti-aging product.

Is sunscreen really necessary every day?

Yes! It's the most essential step in anti-aging care. UVA is the primary cause of skin aging and we recommend applying sunscreen daily, even on cloudy or indoor days.

How can I check my previous order history?

After you log in, go to "Account" to check your order history.

How do I update my shipping address?

Edit default address: Available under My Page > Address Management.

Orders&Payment

How can I check my order status?

After logging in, you can check the real-time order status in Account > Order History. For non-member orders, we will send an email with the order number as soon as the order is completed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is confirmed, it enters fulfillment processing, so these changes are not possible:

Modify items or quantities
Change shipping address
Apply missed discount codes before checkout.
Please double-check all information .

My order arrived with something missing/incorrect/damaged.

If there’s an issue with your product, within 7 days of receipt, please message us via Contact Us with photos showing the issue. We’ll assist with returns or refunds quickly.

Damaged packaging alone is not eligible, so please keep product and packaging intact.
If the damage is due to the courier, we’ll support you with their claims.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Shop Pay, G Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, and more.

Why is the amount charged different from what I saw at checkout?

Payments for Nuriglow are made in U.S. dollars. Depending on your card issuer's policy, the actual amount charged may be converted to your local currency. Exchange rate differences and overseas transaction fees may apply during this process.

Where do I enter my discount code or promo code?

Enter your code in the “Promo Code” field during checkout. If the code is valid, the discount will apply automatically—then proceed to complete your order.
