📦 Missing or Damaged Product
We're truly sorry for the inconvenience if your order arrives with missing items or damaged products.
Please contact us at cs@nuriglow.com or through our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery through our Contact Us page with the following information:
- Your order number and order date
- A clear photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We’ll review your case and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
We’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To start a return, please reach out to us through our Customer Service page.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns or refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
- Products that have been opened or used
- Items lost or damaged after successful delivery to the correct address
- Failure to pay customs duties or taxes
- Returns due to recipient unavailability
